The role we\’re recruiting for: Reporting directly to the Business Manager, we are looking for someone who is committed to delivering an outstanding level of service, is professional and has drive, energy and enthusiasm. Day to day duties will be varied and range from picking orders and maintaining housekeeping standards in our warehouse, loading and unloading vehicles, and serving customers at point of contact and maximising sales at every opportunity. It would be great if you had: Previous warehouse/ Sales experience within the Plumbing industry is essential.

What experience do you need?

With a huge product line, previous experience within the Plumbing and Heating sector is essential, along with extensive knowledge of Heating and Bathroom products. We also need transferable skills such as, Exceptional Sales Experience and Great Customer Service.

As Customer Sales Assistant you will support your Business Manager and play a vital role in our continued success, making sure we are working better for customers and providing a first class service.

What will your day to day tasks be made up of?

• Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers so its essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service – the key thing is to be helpful and friendly, you will likely get to know our customers on a first name basis.

• With your expertise and knowledge of products and services we offer, you will be on the front line and a pivotal contact for new and existing customers, nurturing great relationships, understanding their needs in order to offer expert advice and recommending alternatives to meet their individual needs and maximise the sale of goods.
