We’re looking for a hungry plumbing and heating engineer, who’s determined to develop their skills and learn about day to day business growth. We’re a small and dynamic team, who thrive off entrepreneurial spirit, making things happen and going above and beyond for our customers. We’re dedicated to great customer service and growing our business, and we want to test, try and learn different initiatives to make London know about Plumbing on Demand. To date, the core areas we service are Hampstead, St Johns Wood, Mill Hill and Camden, to name a few. We service home owners and multiple commercial partners, from restaurants to estate agents.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with industry standards and local building regulations.
- Diagnose issues related to pipes, drainage systems, water supply lines, and related components using appropriate testing methods and tools.
- Be a smooth operator, by keeping your CRM up to date, so you never forget to document key client feedback and job notes.
- Communicate professionally with clients to explain issues, proposed solutions, and maintenance best practices.
- Collaborate with contractors, technicians, and other trades to complete projects on schedule and within specifications.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- 2+ years’ experience as a Gas Engineer.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Organised, commercially aware, and proactive.
