Office Location: Knowlhill, Milton Keynes

Job Location: Various locations across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire & Northamptonshire.

Full-time Permanent – Core hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)

Up to £50,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

Plumbing & Gas Solutions Ltd are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our ever-growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. We are a Milton Keynes based company, serving both the commercial & industrial markets, in Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas.

As a member of our Commercial Gas team, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance for a number of prestigious commercial clients. The successful candidate will be required to hold all their commercial qualifications and be competent in the following areas:

· Service, Repair and Installation of commercial systems (Boilers & Associated equipment)

· Carry out diagnostic and fault finding

· Purging, strength testing & gas pipe work installation up to (or above) 6″

· Maintain PPM Paperwork

· Efficiently maintain and repair plant equipment

· Comply with company policies and procedures

· Carry out work in a safe and diligent manner

· Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

· COCN1 Core Commercial Gas Safety

· ICPN1 Installation First Fix on Commercial Pipework

· CIGA1 Indirect Fired Commercial Appliances

· CDGA1 Direct Fired Commercial Appliances

· CORT1 Overhead Radiant Tube & Radiant Plaque Heaters

· TPCP1a Tightness Testing & Direct Purging of Pipework not exceeding 1m³ in volume

· Minimum 2 years’ experience (on commercial)

· Full, Clean UK Driving License

Desirable Qualifications

· IPAF-Certified PAL Card

· WRAS Qualifications

· TPCP1 Tightness testing & purging above 1m3

· FGAS/Air Source Heat Pumps
