You’ll run the site as your own operation, with full control over sales, stock, pricing, people, and overall performance. This is a hands‑on role within a busy plumbing and heating merchant. Key Responsibilities- Leading the day‑to‑day running of a plumbing and heating merchant
- Driving sales growth, customer acquisition, and margin performance
- Managing trade counter, warehouse, delivery, and admin functions
- Building and developing relationships with trade customers and key accounts
- Setting pricing, managing stock profile, and overseeing purchasing decisions
- Controlling costs, overheads, and overall site profitability
- Leading, developing, and holding the team accountable for performance
- Maintaining high standards across operations, safety, and presentation
