What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving trade and cash customers on the counter
- Building quotes and providing technical product advice
- Supporting trade account management and re-engagement
- Maintaining the shop floor and stock areas
- Helping with local pricing, displays, and ordering
- Picking and packing orders for customer deliveries
- Creating great relationships with loyal, repeat customers
- Contacting and attracting new business to the store
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a plumbing & heating, DIY, or builders' merchant environment
- Strong customer-facing skills and confident communication
- Comfortable managing pricing, ordering, and in-store decision-making
- Team-first approach and pride in a tidy, efficient counter
- Full UK driving licence
