Are you a TA, youth worker, qualified teacher, kids workshop leader, science communicator or other passionate educator based in the Reading/ Oxford/ Surrey areas.
We want to hear from you!
Plumb Learning CIC are a unique not‑for‑profit teaching hands‑on skills to children and young people aged 6 to 16.
We are passionate about the benefits of inclusive learning and of introducing hands‑on skills early on.
As a workshop facilitator you will be responsible for inspiring children and young people within a variety of school settings on a 1:1 and small group basis.
You will teach them how to safely use basic tools and encourage them to problem solve and think creatively.
This is a self‑employed position working during term time.
Currently looking for someone who can commit to WEDNESDAY and THURSDAYS for at least three half terms.
Training 11th and 12th November. First workshop on 13th November.
£120 per day rising to £150 per day plus travel expenses.
The successful candidate will be comfortable travelling within 30 miles of Reading to get to each site. They will have a full UK driving licence and their own car.
We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic educators who love working with children and young people. Who will are reliable and able to represent the company.
