As a Sales Assistant based in Northfleet, you'll be responsible for:
- Serving customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
- General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking & packing customer orders which will involve manual handling of heavy items.
This is a full‑time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week from 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8am - 12pm, paid as overtime.
We'd like you to be approachable and to support our customers when needed, to be a quick learner and to help out in a busy branch. Experience in plumbing and heating would be favourable.
