The predicted salary is between 26665 - 32591 £ per year.
- As a Sales Assistant based in our Morecambe branch you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
- Driving 3.5t van doing local deliveries to customers daily
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer orders and unpacking stock to be booked in on our system and put away in the warehouse
- Merchandising displays to a high standard in the branch.
- This is a full time, permanent role - Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm.

- Knowledge in plumbing & heating is beneficial
- Proven experience in a face to face sales/customer service position
- Great communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Great team player and willing to support in all areas of the branch
- Willingness to learn with an enthusiastic approach
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
