About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Data Analyst, who is excited about Plum’s mission, to join our Marketing team. You will help expand the value we deliver across Plum through data-driven decision making.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide data support across the Marketing Team, with an increased focus on performance and lifecycle marketing.
- Lead insights projects around return-on-investment, segmentation and produce actionable analyses.
- Own measurement & attribution: you will collaborate with the marketing team on how to track and quantify the growth different channels drive and how it is measured and controlled for incremental effects.
- Build and maintain data models in your space using BigQuery and dbt.
What We Look For:
- You are excited to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to Plum’s mission!
- You have a proven track‑record of 2+ years, demonstrating strong analytical skills, ideally in a marketing team.
- You are impact-driven and are able to balance quality and speed.
- You have strong SQL skills and ideally Python / R. Bonus: dbt.
- You are experienced with data visualisation tools, e.g. Looker, Tableau.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and causal inference.
