We are looking for a Partnerships Marketing Manager with a strong background in affiliate, influencer, and partnership marketing. In this role, you will lead and optimise affiliate, partnership, and influencer channels across all 10 of our markets, with a primary focus on the UK market. You will sit within our User Acquisition team, and your primary goal will be to maximise the volume of customers we onboard within a ROI constraint. You will also be expected to scale the channel further by onboarding more partners and influencers, and working jointly with our product squad to build the tech needed to onboard affiliates, partners, and influencers at scale.

What You Will Do

  • Own, execute, and optimise the Partnerships marketing channel, which comprises affiliate, influencer, and B2B2C partners across all our markets.
  • Set the foundation to launch and scale this channel beyond the UK market.
  • Define and implement an integrated strategy to scale our affiliate, partnership, and influencer marketing further.
  • Build and update our partner deck and webpage.
  • Create and scale a new B2B2C channel through employee rewards platforms or other potential large scale partners.
  • Proactively engage B2B2C partners and work with the product team to grow and strengthen our subscription perks program.
  • Track and analyse performance to scale our partnerships channel within ROI constraints.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard a large number of quality partners and influencers.
  • Create an ambassador program, working alongside our brand and product teams to onboard influencers with minimal ops overhead.
  • Collaborate with local marketing managers to expand your channel in key markets, such as France.
  • Stay up to date on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging marketing trends to identify new growth opportunities.

What we look for

  • 5+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer management, preferably for a mobile app.
  • A self-starter who thrives on hitting performance targets, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and optimise campaign performance.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills to onboard and nurture key partners.
  • A natural curiosity and enthusiasm for diving deep into different user cohorts, with the ability to understand how to positively shape your campaign briefs to maximise your ROI.
