  • You will lead high-impact, cross-functional projects (e.g. growth, retention, monetisation, or product optimisation), from problem definition through to insight and recommendation.
  • You will regularly partner with senior leadership across product, engineering, design, finance, marketing and ops to influence decisions with data and shape product and business strategy.

What we’re looking for

  • You have 7+ years in a quantitative role, with deep experience in A/B testing, causal inference, and translating data into business impact, and you are comfortable working with tools like SQL, dbt, and Python.
  • You are an experienced mentor, raising the bar for analytics through best practices, frameworks, and standards.
  • You are excited about working on ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are able to connect data to product and business strategy, uncovering actionable insights about our customers.

  • 45 work-from-anywhere days: giving you the flexibility to work your way.
  • 2 weeks sabbatical after 4 years to take the break you deserve.
  • Enhanced parental leave.
  • 1 paid volunteering day annually.
