The Role
We're now looking for a senior product leader to own and scale the Investments & Pensions pillar - the beating heart of our wealth proposition. As Group Product Manager for Investments & Pensions, you'll define the entire roadmap, shape the user experience and ensure our products scale globally while maintaining simplicity and clarity for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Leading the Wealth, Trading & pensions product, defining the strategy, roadmap, and user experience across trading platforms, investment products, and wealth management features
- Shaping product vision and strategy, balancing business objectives, customer needs, and UX excellence
- Collaborating closely with Design and Engineering teams to deliver elegant, intuitive, and scalable solutions
- Developing and mentoring product team members to achieve strategic goals
- Owning end-to-end product roadmaps and prioritisation in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Leveraging AI and automation to enhance trading decisions, portfolio management, and user interactions
- Drive key commercial metrics: AUM growth, investment activation and retention, pension consolidation rates, and revenue per customer.
- Partner with Compliance and Legal to navigate FCA regulatory requirements, Consumer Duty obligations and policy changes
- Represent the Investments & Pensions pillar in senior leadership forums, contributing to company-wide strategy
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, trading, or wealth management. You understand investment products from first principles.
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple product squads or teams in product-led organisations
- A player-coach mentality - you're energised by building & shipping features yourself, not just managing through others. You've led small PM teams (1-3 reports) while staying hands-on with the product.
- Strong UX sensibility - you care deeply about how products feel, not just what they do. You can partner with designers to turn complex financial flows into experiences customers trust and enjoy.
- A proven ability to define and drive product strategy, influence stakeholders, and communicate vision across leadership and teams
- High analytical skills and business sense to guide prioritisation based on ROI, impact, and customer value
- Experience delivering sophisticated products under ambiguous conditions in a fast-moving environment
- Nice to have : Experience in trading, investment platforms, or equity research, with a track record of translating complex financial concepts into intuitive products
- Own part of the company through stock options
- Private health insurance
- Annual training budget
- Plum Premium for you and 2 friends or family
- Referral scheme: earn competitive rewards
- Flexible approach to remote working: we encourage at least 2 days a week in one of our beautiful offices in London, Athens, or Cyprus
- Team breakfasts and team lunches
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- 45 work-from-anywhere days: giving you the flexibility to work your way
- 2 weeks sabbatical after 4 years to take the break you deserve
- Enhanced parental leave
- 1 paid volunteering day annually
- Annual team trip: to a surprise destination
