Salary around £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata
Our client is a well-established and very successful global organisation. We have a fabulous opportunity for a commercially minded, proactive and driven individual to support the Managing Director. This will involve carrying out a broad range of EA duties including event management.
The role will entail:
- Diary management, ensuring effective use of leadership time.
- Organising and co-ordinating meetings, including agendas, briefing materials, logistics, minute taking and actioning follow ups.
- Prepare and quality assure executive documentation, including Board Packs, business reviews, presentations and internal communications.
- Organisation of extensive travel and accommodation, both in the UK and internationally.
- Managing sensitive information and complex matters with sound judgement, discretion and professionalism.
We are seeking someone who:
- Has held a similar role, supporting at senior management level.
- Has excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail as well as lots of initiative and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Has strong Microsoft skills, including excellent PowerPoint skills.
- Has event management skills.
- There may also be occasional travel involved.
It is an intrinsic role within the business and needs someone who is both proactive and perceptive, with exceptional people skills and a good sense of humour. The ideal candidate will be educated to Degree level and be a driven, confident individual who has previous experience in all of the above, supporting at Director level, and of course, first class communication skills. You will be comfortable working with people at all levels and from all offices.
