Salary: £25,000 + parking + pension, life assurance, gym, excellent canteen

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm (37.5 hours)

As a Contract Administrator, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Inputting and checking finance agreements, ensuring everything is accurate and correct
  • Liaising with clients and third parties to chase any missing information
  • Entering all the information onto the in-house system
  • Working to meet deadlines

You will need to have:

  • Very strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and competent with Excel
  • Great customer service and good telephone manner
