We are currently seeking a Despatch Operative to join a well-established, family-run SME that are leaders in their market. This is a permanent, full-time role, and no previous warehouse experience is required—full training will be provided. This position would suit someone who is looking to start work within a despatch environment.
You will be involved in:
- Picking and packing a variety of goods accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring orders are despatched on time to meet next-day delivery targets
- Assisting with stock replenishment and working with the Goods In team
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Working as part of a busy team to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations
The ideal person will be:
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
