We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join an expanding team, they are based in a rural location so a car driver/owner is required. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety—balancing sales coordination, client communication, operational administration and social media.

You will be involved in:

  • Supporting the sales team by preparing proposals, quotes, tenders, and presentation materials
  • Track sales leads and manage updates on the client database
  • Be the first point of contact for clients—managing service requests, scheduling work, and coordinating with technicians and vendors
  • Help drive our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
  • Deliver first-class customer service and spot new opportunities

You will have:

  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of working with Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • A proactive, positive, and outgoing personality

This position is entry level and would suit someone who has worked within retail, hospitality or a sales environment previously. Full training will be given and the chance to progress within the team.
