About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist for our prestigious client, based in Warwick town centre.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for visitors and clients – both telephone and face‑to‑face.
- Welcome national and international high‑level clients, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Oversee meeting room and hospitality arrangements.
- Multi‑task: issuing visitor passes, purchasing stationery, organising catering and refreshments, organising post and general tasks ensuring tidy and well‑presented environment.
Candidate Profile
- Confident and professional communicator with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Organised, good at planning ahead and able to prioritise.
- Confident in using Microsoft Outlook.
- Team spirited with a positive Can do attitude.
- Professional and friendly, able to act with discretion and confidentiality.
- Good attention to detail and takes pride in standard of work.
Physical Requirements
Manual handling – some lifting and moving of files etc – training provided. Must be fit to cope with stairs.
