Location: Coventry (Office based initially, parking available)

Salary around GBP55,000 + excellent benefits + 25 days holiday + 3 days Christmas.

Hours of work: 08.30 – 4.45 (37.5 hours).

Overview: Our client is a well‑established and very successful global organisation. We have a fabulous opportunity for a commercially minded, proactive and driven individual to support the CEO and Operations Board Directors. This role will involve carrying out a broad range of EA duties including event management and supporting business‑wide projects to drive the organisation forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing EA support to the CEO and the Operations Board Directors, overseeing correspondence, emails, diaries and coordinating meeting requests.
  • Organising, planning and executing regular Board meetings and quarterly away days, including reporting, taking minutes and following up on actions.
  • Preparation and organisation of extensive travel and accommodation, both in the UK and internationally.
  • Preparing presentations for the CEO to support communications throughout the company.
  • Organising large company‑wide events for up to 600 people, from all locations.
  • Acting as the go‑to person for troubleshooting in the office and organising maintenance and other operational support.

Qualifications:

  • Has held a similar role supporting a senior management team.
  • Has a big‑picture mindset, engaging with colleagues across the business to identify improvement areas and make recommendations to the Operations Board.
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, initiative and the ability to multi‑task and prioritise.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
  • Occasional travel involved.
  • Proactive, perceptive, with exceptional people skills, a good sense of humour, a degree‑level education, and first‑class communication abilities.
