Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
We're looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of a busy Sample Warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in a fast-paced warehouse or goods-in/goods-out environment.
Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring stock availability, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and providing administrative support across the department.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining stock levels by ordering products for the production of Point of Sale material and sample requirements.
- Processing order requests and providing accurate information to the Sales Team.
- Liaising with external suppliers to source materials including adhesives, packaging, consumables, and other departmental supplies.
- Raising purchase orders, obtaining quotations and approvals, and processing orders using the QAD system.
- Coordinating customer despatches and arranging transport.
- Responding to queries from colleagues across the business, delivering excellent customer service and administrative support.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse administration or goods in/goods out environment.
- Experience of stock control processes.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to learn business systems (experience with ERP systems such as QAD is advantageous).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments.
