Temporary ongoing position - November 2025 Start! Coventry CV3 £12.60 per hour (£24,570) Hours - 37.5 per week (Rotating shift - between 07.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs)

Our client supplies goods worldwide and they are seeking a strong Administrator with good attention to detail to co‑ordinate shipment of deliveries to their clients globally.

Responsibilities
  • Assess the day’s shipments and prioritise for packing teams
  • Produce manifests and shipment labels electronically
  • Liaise with transport companies to get best prices and book shipments
  • Liaise with internal sales teams, scheduling team, transport companies and more

It’s a busy fast‑paced environment. The goods are required to tight timescales to meet project plans.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Enjoys a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail is critical
  • A strong desire to deliver exceptional service to clients
  • Very competent with IT and an understanding of logistics/shipping would be very helpful
