Our client supplies goods worldwide and they are seeking a strong Administrator with good attention to detail to co‑ordinate shipment of deliveries to their clients globally.
Responsibilities- Assess the day’s shipments and prioritise for packing teams
- Produce manifests and shipment labels electronically
- Liaise with transport companies to get best prices and book shipments
- Liaise with internal sales teams, scheduling team, transport companies and more
It’s a busy fast‑paced environment. The goods are required to tight timescales to meet project plans.
