We’re working with a leading software provider who is looking for a Field-based Account Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you won’t just be managing accounts — you’ll be maximising potential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Visiting clients on-site to evaluate their current use of the software
- Identifying opportunities to help them unlock new features, improve workflows, and maximise their ROI
- Providing tailored guidance, training, and support to ensure they’re getting the best value, upselling any additional services as appropriate
- Building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Acting as the bridge between client and internal teams, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction
