And now we’re looking for more brilliant people to join us on our journey.

The Role

The Product team shapes the experiences that power Plum.

They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions - collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to build features our customers love.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a core part of the Plum product end to end.

You’ll set the strategy for your problem space, run the roadmap, and day to day execution to ship features that measurably improve how people save and invest.

  • What You Will Dο
  • Own the roadmap for one of our core products, from ideation through to development, launch, growth, and maintenance
  • Run discovery: talk to customers, mine behavioral and support data, and use that to decide what to build next and what to explicitly not build.
  • Partner day to day with an engineering squad and a designer to ship, measure, and iterate - you’re accountable for the outcome
  • Setting team goals and success metrics to align with company goals and represent your product area in company-wide planning
  • Prioritize ruthlessly against a roadmap that’s always bigger than the team’s capacity, and be able to explain the trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Work with Compliance and Risk to turn regulation into an innovation driver
  • Drive maximum impact for your product based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in product management, including time in a high-growth tech company or banking/finance business
  • Experience shipping in a regulated or trust-sensitive space (financial services, health, or similar)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High analytical and technical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation
  • Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners
  • A bias towards action with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done including working with data
  • The ability to provide insight and deliver measurable results for complex products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in personal finance and in Plum’s mission of helping people build wealth without having to think about it.
  • Plum Perks
  • We’re all in this together! Own part of the company through stock options
  • Private health insurance
  • Annual training budget
  • Plum Premium for you and 2 friends or family
  • Referral scheme: earn competitive rewards
  • Flexible approach to remote working: we encourage at least 2 days a week in one of our beautiful offices in London, Athens or Cyprus
  • Team breakfasts and team lunches.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • 45 work-from-anywhere days: giving you the flexibility to work your way.
  • 2 weeks sabbatical after 4 years to take the break you deserve.
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • 1 paid volunteering day annually

• Annual team trip: to a surprise destination!

  • A fun, inclusive company culture (think )
  • Thanks,
  • Team Plum

How to prepare for a job interview at Plum Inc

Understand the Product Life Cycle

As a product management candidate, we need to get our head around the complete product life cycle. Be prepared to discuss real-world examples of how you’ve managed product development from ideation to launch. Bring specific insights on tools like JIRA or Trello that can help streamline these processes.

Showcase Your Cross-Functional Skills

Product management is all about collaboration. We should be ready to highlight how we’ve worked across teams—think marketing, engineering, and design. Prepare to discuss scenarios where you had to mediate differing opinions and how you got everyone on board with a shared vision.

Prepare for Case Studies
