We are looking for an entrepreneurial Partner Account Manager to revolutionise our partnerships vertical - which includes Travel Agencies, Corporate and Relocation Agencies, Entertainment & Production companies, and more. Your goal is to grow it into the largest and most profitable channel for bookings.
You will have real autonomy in defining the strategy for the vertical and executing your vision, working with our Head of Sales. You’ll enjoy wide exposure across the business working closely with product, sales, marketing and the extended leadership team.
The role will include:
- Being the main point of contact and account manager for our largest partner accounts
- Negotiating and executing preferred partnerships with the industry’s leading travel agencies and other travel companies
- Onboarding new partners and ensuring the experience is seamless
- Identifying and executing on growth initiatives within your designated accounts
- Conducting monthly/quarterly user audits and account reviews
- Running product training via webinars and in person meetings and attending industry conferences and trade shows
- Evaluating each client's needs and ensure they are being met
- Building productive long-lasting relationships with mutually agreed targets and goals
- Being the point of contact for escalations and ensuring any problems are addressed and resolved
- Reporting and providing feedback to management

Requirements
- Must have experience working within a commercial partnerships role previously, preferably in travel, entertainment, or production sectors
- 2+ years experience in an account management
- A proven track record growing key accounts
- A proven track record in issue resolution
- Excellent written and spoken English
