The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Plum’s investment operations team.

You’ll be responsible for helping Plum deliver a seamless investment journey for our customers, allowing them to invest in a range of asset classes and investment wrappers, by ensuring Plum has strong and robust processes.

You will use your experience to help maintain our tax wrapper products executing ISA transfers, managing subscriptions, verifying client data, and helping with HMRC reporting.

You will also help with trade surveillance reviewing automated alerts and reporting any suspicious activity.

Responsibilities

  • ISA transfers both cash & in-specie
  • ISA administration such as ISA repairs, Void ISAs and cancellations
  • Yearly ISA HMRC ISA reporting
  • Trade surveillance & monitoring
  • Daily cash & stock reconciliation, working with the CASS team to resolve issues promptly
  • Ideally You
  • Have strong ISA administration experience gained from an ISA manager
  • Have experience of HMRC ISA reporting requirements
  • Have understanding of CASS rules
  • Have worked with product, compliance and Engineering teams to enhance processes
  • Are able to work to tight reporting deadlines
  • Have strong data analysis skills
  • Have Some SIPP experience would also be beneficial
