As Group Product Manager for Investments & Pensions, you'll define the entire roadmap, shape the user experience and ensure our products scale globally while maintaining simplicity and clarity for our customers. You understand investment products from first principles.3+ years of experience managing multiple product squads or teams in product-led organisationsA player-coach mentality - you're energised by building & shipping features yourself, not just managing through others. You've led small PM teams (1-3 reports) while staying hands-on with the product.Strong UX sensibility - you care deeply about how products feel, not just what they do.
