The Role
As Senior Product Manager at Savings, you will define the future of savings products at one of the fastest-growing fintechs. Your key responsibilities:
- Lead the execution for savings products, with a strong focus on the UK market.
- Own the full product lifecycle for savings products, from planning through launch to optimisation.
- Drive growth and adoption across the UK and other EU markets by delivering competitive and innovative savings solutions.
- Identify new opportunities to deepen customer engagement through automated saving tools and goal-based features.
- Design intuitive user experiences that simplify complex financial concepts and drive conversion.
- Ensure product compliance with regulations, collaborating closely with legal and compliance teams.
- Manage a high-performing team of engineers and designers, fostering a culture of excellence and ownership.
- Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to bring impactful products to market quickly and effectively.
- Leverage data and insights to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.
Who you are:
- Experienced in savings products, with a strong background in fintech.
- Familiar with savings product mechanics: ISAs, interest rates, instant access vs. fixed term, notice accounts.
- Deep understanding of the UK market and customer behaviours.
- Natural collaborator who thrives in cross‑functional environments.
- Proven ability to scale financial products in the UK and the EU.
- A strategic thinker who can also execute at pace, using data to inform decisions.
- Experienced in managing product teams.
- Familiar with the UK and EU financial regulations.
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, international environment.
