Plugin Brands is one of the fastest-growing, award-winning sales and account management agencies in UK FMCG. We do Foodservice sales across a range of exciting, healthy and sustainable FMCG brands, and we've delivered 500% year-on-year growth two years running. We're building the best sales team in the country, and we’re looking to add to it. Foodservice is a key focus for us, and we're investing to grow it.
You'll help build the strategy across Foodservice and manage relationships at both wholesaler and end-user national level, turning our portfolio of healthy, sustainable brands into real growth across the channel. It’s an office-based role: four days a week in our London office, WFH Fridays, with plenty of time out seeing customers when it counts.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience working with Bidfood and Brakes, at both wholesaler and national end-user level.
- Understanding of how these accounts operate, who the decision-makers are, and how to drive activation through them.
- Experience with regional wholesalers such as DDC, Delicious Ideas, CLF and similar, across both wholesaler and end-user level.
- 2 years+ managing national accounts in Foodservice FMCG.
- Experience contributing to and managing channel P.
- Confident with the usual tools, including Claude and Canva.
