Plugin Brands is one of the fastest-growing, award-winning sales and account management agencies in UK FMCG. We do Foodservice sales across a range of exciting, healthy and sustainable FMCG brands, and we've delivered 500% year-on-year growth two years running. We’re building the best sales team in the country, and we’re looking to add to it. Foodservice is a key focus for us, and we’re investing to grow it. We’re looking for a National Account Manager to work alongside our team and become a key driver of our national Foodservice accounts, building distribution, listings and rate of sale across the channel, from hotels and pub groups to QSR, gyms, universities and beyond.

THE ROLE: You’ll help build the strategy across Foodservice and manage relationships at both wholesaler and end-user national level, turning our portfolio of healthy, sustainable brands into real growth across the channel. It’s an office-based role: four days a week in our London office, WFH Fridays, with plenty of time out seeing customers when it counts.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven experience working with Bidfood and Brakes, at both wholesaler and national end-user level.
  • Experience with regional wholesalers too, the likes of DDC, Delicious Ideas, CLF and similar, across both wholesaler and end-user level.
  • 2 years+ managing national accounts in Foodservice FMCG.
  • Experience contributing to and managing channel P&L.
  • Strong working knowledge of the wholesale and wider Foodservice channels.
  • Excellent relationship-building and long-term partnership skills.
  • Confident with the usual tools, including Claude and Canva.

WHY PLUGIN: A great team and an exciting time of growth, with a real chance to help shape how we build the channel. Touchpoints across so many great brands, including LOVECORN, MOMO Kombucha, My Protein, Living Things and Ecotone, plus many more. You work across a whole portfolio rather than a single SKU. A fast-growing, award-winning business with healthy, sustainable, category-leading brands people genuinely want to stock. Competitive salary and a competitive bonus structure. Private healthcare, free lunch, and a hybrid pattern (4 days in our London office, WFH Fridays).

INTERESTED? Apply with your CV. We’d love to hear how you’ve grown accounts in the channel - email Charlie at charlie@pluginbrands.com, or drop him a DM on Linkedin.
