We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the role of Finance Analyst cum Commercial Electric 2 Wheeler Fleet Operational Manager.

This role is pivotal in supporting our strategic objectives in the electric vehicle sector while ensuring efficient management of our fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Asset Finance Management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive asset finance models to facilitate decision-making processes.
- Monitor asset performance, including depreciation, lease terms, and residual values.
- Analyse financial data to optimize asset financing structures and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with finance agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Lending Report Management
- Prepare and review lending reports to track loan performance and repayment trends.
- Monitor key metrics such as loan-to-value ratios, debt service coverage ratios, and delinquency rates.
- Generate insights from lending reports to inform strategic decisions and mitigate risks.
- Liaise with lending institutions to provide timely and accurate information as required.
- Commercial Electric 2 Wheeler Fleet Operations
- Oversee the operational management of our commercial electric 2-wheeler fleet.
- Coordinate vehicle procurement, maintenance, and disposal activities to optimize fleet efficiency.
- Monitor fleet performance metrics, including utilization rates, downtime, and operational costs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the fleet operations.
- Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e. g. CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, asset management, or commercial lending roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with asset finance models, lease accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Prior experience in the electric vehicle industry or fleet management is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in financial modelling software, spreadsheet applications, and data visualisation tools.
Candidates with a strong understanding of electric moped technology and a customer‑centric approach are preferred.
