As an Atlassian Technical Consultant, you will be the face of our technical delivery team. You will partner with diverse clients, ranging from boutique startups to Fortune 500 enterprises to architect, deploy, and optimise their Atlassian stacks. You aren't just a Jira expert; you are a trusted advisor who helps our clients work smarter.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with clients to uncover their operational bottlenecks and define the scope of work for Jira and Confluence implementations.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures including Custom Workflows, Automation, and Marketplace integrations.
- Execute end-to-end setups, including Cloud migrations, Data Center consolidations, and instance mergers.
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
- Deliver customised training sessions for client Champions and end-users to ensure high adoption rates post-deployment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in a client-facing technical role such as Professional Services, MSP, or Agency.
- Mastery of Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence.
- The ability to explain why a certain configuration is better than another to a non-technical stakeholder.
- Experience troubleshooting complex permission schemes, JQL queries, and third-party app conflicts.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills; you can lead a boardroom presentation as comfortably as a technical sprint.
Preferred Certifications & Skills
- Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) status, specifically ACP-100 or ACP-420 is highly preferable.
- Knowledge of ITSM frameworks.
