PLUG is working with a distinguished, multi-award-winning Interior Design studio renowned for its innovative projects in the world’s most exclusive destinations. They are now seeking a creative & visionary Associate Director.

This studio comprises a diverse team of professionals specialising in ultra-prime design. They excel in creating understated, refined luxury, with expertise spanning development management, architecture, luxury interior design, construction, and private client services.

As an Associate Director, you will bring exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment. Key responsibilities include managing studio workflows, coordinating resources, and ensuring project timelines are met with precision and efficiency. Your organisational skills, strategic foresight, and ability to handle last-minute changes calmly will be essential in keeping the studio running smoothly and ensuring the team remains focused on delivering high-quality creative work.

Based in London, you will join a boutique studio, playing a pivotal role alongside the Creative Director.
