About Us:

Calisen is at the forefront of the low carbon revolution, with strong growth strategies in the ownership and installation of low carbon heating, electric vehicle charge points, and water meters. To support our ambitious goals, we are expanding our Logistics and Supply Chain function.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our Plug Me In alternate fuels division. This role will be pivotal in supporting our logistics team with forecasting, procurement, outbound and reverse logistics, including warranty and asset management for EV charging, heat pump, and solar technologies. You will also assist other logistics team members during peak demand periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for all logistics aspects of the PMI service offering.
  • Manage queries from field teams, internal departments, and external suppliers.
  • Maintain and manage material forecasts for serialized assets and consumable items.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on purchase order placement and lead times.
  • Support 3PL and internal teams with material supply shortages.
  • Coordinate stock-taking activities, including receiving, logging, and reporting.
  • Monitor and support new starter and leaving processes at 3PL.
  • Assist with the setup of new process requirements.
  • Perform any other ad hoc activities as instructed by management.

Person Specification:

  • Good level of general education (GCSE level or equivalent).
  • CIPS Level 3 Advanced Diploma, CILT Level 3 or equivalents.
  • Previous experience in a regulated environment.
  • Experience in the low carbon or energy sector.
  • Experience working with a range of stakeholders and external third parties.
  • Supplier management experience.
  • Logistics operations experience.
  • Knowledge of the logistics sector and supplier management.
  • Knowledge of the low carbon industry, products, and regulatory environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Numerate with strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Data analysis and presentation skills.
