You’ll be joining a supportive, high-performing team where post-completion is recognised as a specialist, technical function – not an afterthought. With increasing work volumes, we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and become a trusted senior point of contact within the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing post-completion matters from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness across a high-volume caseload.
- Preparing and submitting all types of Land Registry applications.
- Dealing confidently with Land Registry requisitions and technical queries.
- Amending documentation and ensuring accurate scanning and filing.
- Registering charges with Companies House within strict statutory timeframes.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, HM Land Registry, solicitors and third parties.
- Acting as a senior point of contact for post-completion queries and escalations.
- Supporting and mentoring junior and mid-level post-completion team members.
- Assisting with workload allocation, prioritisation and inbox management.
- Escalating complex matters where appropriate to ensure risks are managed.
What We’re Looking For
This role requires established post-completion experience and the confidence to deal with technical work independently. We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Significant experience in a post-completion role (minimum 6 months’ established experience post-training/probation).
- Strong working knowledge of Land Registry processes and applications.
- Experience handling requisitions and understanding what to expect, even if you haven’t seen every scenario.
- Experience with a broad range of case types is preferred – experience with New Build transactions is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy, time-sensitive caseload.
- Confidence using case management systems and the Land Registry Portal.
- A professional, confident approach to phone-based queries and escalations.
- The ability to support and mentor less experienced team members.
- Experience with systems such as InfoTrack is desirable but not essential.
Why Join PLS?
- Clear progression: This role is a key development step for those aiming to move into senior or legal roles in the future.
- Study support: Once you’ve been with us for a year, we’ll support you with professional qualifications to help you continue developing your legal knowledge and career.
- Supportive environment: You’ll be trusted to get on with your work, while still being fully supported by an experienced management team.
- Specialist focus: Post-completion is treated as a critical, technical function – your expertise genuinely matters.
- Stability & investment: We’re committed to finding the right person and will wait for the right fit.
What You’ll Get in Return
- 22 days holiday (rising by one day for each year of service, up to 25) + Bank Holidays, with buy/carry over options.
- Employee benefits: death in service, healthcare plan, EAP, counselling, and salary sacrifice schemes (tech, nursery, gym, cycle, car).
- Extras: free conveyancing, mortgage advice, staff discounts.
If you’re looking for a role where your post-completion knowledge is recognised, valued and developed – and where you can genuinely take the next step in your career – we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and be part of a team that understands the importance of getting post-completion right.
