  • Significant experience in a post-completion role (minimum 6 months’ established experience post-training/probation)
  • Strong working knowledge of Land Registry processes and applications
  • Experience handling requisitions and understanding what to expect, even if you haven’t seen every scenario
  • Experience with a broad range of case types is preferred – experience with New Build transactions is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy, time-sensitive caseload
  • Confidence using case management systems and the Land Registry Portal
  • A professional, confident approach to phone-based queries and escalations
  • The ability to support and mentor less experienced team members
  • Experience with systems such as InfoTrack is desirable but not essential
