Overview Location: Altrincham or Liverpool (office-based for first 3 months, then hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days WFH) Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 (open to part time) Start Date: ASAP (flexible) Salary: up to £37k Join our supportive, sociable and ambitious team as a Flexi Conveyancer . You’ll provide vital cover across our New Build or Residential teams, picking up live caseloads when colleagues are on leave or during busy periods. Rather than managing your own assigned files, you’ll support others and enjoy greater variety in your day-to-day work – without the pressure of your own caseload! Responsibilities Step into live caseloads across Residential or New Build conveyancing teams Liaise with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions on our CMS Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client queries/concerns Work to exchange and revenue targets with a focus on five-star client feedback Qualifications Extensive experience in managing/supporting conveyancing transactions Hands-on experience with Source of Funds checks (manually verifying documents/transactions, conducting checks directly) Searches and sales enquiries (interpreting results not just reporting) Adaptability and confidence working with unfamiliar caseloads, with the ability to use your own initiative Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused Familiar with case management systems (Proclaim a plus) Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results Benefits A supportive, structured 3-month onboarding programme that combines classroom/MS Teams training with a gradual build-up of real-life casework – giving you the tools, confidence, and hands-on support to thrive from day one Study support options (employer-funded after 12 months) and ongoing training Varied workload – mixed bag of caseloads and exposure to more stakeholders, both internal and external, without the pressure of your own caseload, developer relationships or client complaints!
