The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.
Location: Remote (must be based in mainland UK with a valid right to work). You’ll need to attend our Head Office in Altrincham for one week for training on systems, collecting equipment, and meeting key team members before working from home.
Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 (open to part time hours)

Join our experienced and collaborative team as a Technical Conveyancer. In this role, you’ll focus on the technical side of conveyancing – title checking, raising and reviewing purchase enquiries, and supporting colleagues with complex matters. Rather than managing your own caseload or handling direct client communication, you’ll provide essential technical expertise across a variety of files, ensuring accuracy and consistency while enjoying a better work/life balance.
- Quality check purchase enquiries and send to sellers’ solicitors
- Support Case Handlers with complex sale enquiries
- Ensure client and introducer service standards are met for excellent feedback and repeat business
- Prepare required conveyancing documentation in line with policies
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Conveyancer managing a complex caseload
Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing transactions with extensive experience in title checking and raising purchase enquiries
Experience at senior conveyancer level
A conveyancing qualification (desirable but not essential)
Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results
