We’re looking for a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team in a newly created role.

Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, this position will play a key role in strengthening the business’ forecasting, budgeting, modelling and analytical capability, helping drive more informed, data-led decision making across the firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys working across both commercial finance and analytics, whilst partnering closely with stakeholders across the wider business.

Alongside strong FP&A capability, we’re particularly interested in individuals with strong Power BI experience who can help further develop our reporting and dashboard capability.

Forecasting, Budgeting & Financial Modelling
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic and operational decision making
  • Produce rolling forecasts, scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling
  • Analyse financial performance, trends and variances, providing clear commentary and actionable insight
  • Support the Financial Controller with longer-term financial planning and commercial analysis
  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting capabilities
  • Produce insightful management information focused on key commercial and operational drivers
  • Work with large datasets to identify trends, opportunities and risks across the business
  • Support automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes and data utilisation
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to improve forecasting accuracy and financial understanding
  • Build strong relationships with departmental managers to gather commercial insight and challenge assumptions where required
  • Support budgeting owners with analysis, reporting and financial decision making
  • Assist with evaluating new initiatives, commercial opportunities and investment proposals
Strategic & Ad Hoc Support
  • Support the Financial Controller with strategic projects and business initiatives
  • Contribute towards continuous improvement across finance systems, processes and controls
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and commercial insight as business needs evolve

We’re looking for someone who combines strong commercial finance capability with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Minimum 2 years’ post-qualified experience within FP&A, commercial finance, finance business partnering or a similar analytical finance role
  • Strong experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling
  • Strong Power BI experience, including building and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Strong Excel and data analysis capability
  • Confident translating financial data into meaningful commercial insight
  • Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders across the wider business
  • Exposure to automation, AI-enabled tools or data-driven finance transformation
  • Experience developing advanced Power BI measures, reporting models or dashboard functionality
