Location: Teesside, TS18 3DB, Altrincham, WA14 5UW, or Liverpool, L2 2PP (office based for first 3 months, then hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days WFH)

Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00

Salary: up to £30k base + competitive uncapped bonus (£8k+ once established)

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a caseload of New Build transactions from start to finish
  • Liaise with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions on our CMS.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client queries/concerns.
  • Work to exchange and revenue targets with a focus on five-star client feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting conveyancing transactions – we are open to applications from experienced Case Handlers, Conveyancing Assistants looking to step up, those from Estate Agent/Mortgage backgrounds with a good understanding of the conveyancing process.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Source of Funds checks (reviewing bank statements, conducting checks directly)
    • Searches and sale enquiries (confident in writing up reports, not just ordering)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent telephone manner – confident in explaining the conveyancing process to clients
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
  • Familiar with case management systems (Proclaim a plus)
  • Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results
