  • Assist with board‑level reporting and analysis where required
  • Contribute towards continuous improvement across finance systems, processes and controls
  • Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and commercial insight as business needs evolve

What We’re Looking For:

  • We’re looking for someone who combines strong commercial finance capability with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Minimum 2 years’ post‑qualified experience within FP&A, commercial finance, finance business partnering or a similar analytical finance role
  • Strong experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling
  • Strong Power BI experience, including building and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Strong Excel and data analysis capability
  • Comfortable working within a broad role in a growing business environment
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge and influence where appropriate
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience partnering with non‑finance stakeholders across the wider business
  • Exposure to automation, AI‑enabled tools or data‑driven finance transformation
  • Experience developing advanced Power BI measures, reporting models or dashboard functionality

What You’ll Get in Return:

  • Newly created position with genuine scope to influence the role from day one and the opportunity to help build and enhance the business’ forecasting, reporting and analytical capability
