Join our supportive, sociable and ambitious New Build team as a Conveyancer. You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction to completion and build relationships with clients and developers – all while earning a generous, performance‑based bonus.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload of New Build transactions from start to finish
- Provide guidance and updates to clients, developers, introducers & agents
- Draft contracts, reports, completion packs, statements & invoices
- Maintain systems and third‑party portals (we use Proclaim)
- Build lasting relationships with referrers through excellent service
- Work to exchange and revenue targets with a focus on five‑star client feedback
What We’re Looking For
- Experience handling high‑volume conveyancing caseloads (New Build preferred) – happy to consider Senior Conveyancing Assistants who are eager to take on their own caseloads and with experience of the end‑to‑end conveyancing transaction!
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, staying composed and working quickly and effectively even at peak times
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused
- Familiar with case management systems (Proclaim a plus)
- Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results

Location & Hours
- Location: Altrincham, Teesside or Liverpool (office‑based for first 3 months, then hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days WFH)
- Hours: Full‑time, Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00
- Start Date: Monday 6th October (some flexibility available for those with longer notice periods)
