Who you are
- Strong organizational abilities, with experience managing calendars, travel, and operational workflows in a demanding environment
- Experience from fast-paced, high-performance environments, such as investment banking, private equity, professional services, broader financial services, or settings with similar intensity, ideally supporting C-level executives
- Able to engage meaningfully with finance-related topics and stakeholders, with the curiosity to build domain knowledge quickly
- Skilled in clear and effective communication across senior stakeholders
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- Able to coordinate business projects with attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive, structured way of working with a strong sense of ownership and ability to self-manage priorities
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
