Our commitments to diversity and inclusion are set out at the end of this job description.**The Role**We are looking for a collaborative and energetic Head of Account Management to lead our account management function and shape how we retain, grow and support a portfolio comprising some of the world's largest financial institutions. Working principally with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, you'll build trusted strategic relationships, maximise client engagement and play a central role in achieving our ambitious revenue targets.You'll work closely and cross-functionally with our Commercial, Product and Client Delivery teams to ensure client priorities are understood and translated into action. Combining strategic leadership with hands-on ownership of key relationships, you'll bring structure and consistency to the client journey, oversee the delivery of key commitments and ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience as our client base grows.**Key Responsibilities*** Leading the management of a portfolio of strategic clients - acting as a senior point of contact, cultivating trusted relationships and maximising engagement across each account.* Establishing a clear account management approach and operating rhythm that supports consistently high standards as our client portfolio grows.* Overseeing progress against client deliverables, proactively addressing risks and ensuring commitments are fulfilled to a high standard and within agreed timelines.* Developing a deep understanding of Evident's solutions and market proposition to engage credibly with senior client stakeholders and identify where we can deliver additional value. Cultivating a reasonable level of subject matter expertise on AI in financial services to build credibility* Championing the voice of the client internally, ensuring client feedback, usage insights and emerging needs inform product development.* Coordinating access to Evident's subject-matter experts and analysts, ensuring complex client requirements and queries are resolved effectively.* Owning renewal strategy across the client portfolio in collaboration with our Client Delivery team, using customer data and account insight to strengthen retention.* Identifying and progressing expansion opportunities, working cross-functionally to convert client needs into sustainable revenue growth.* Maintaining an accurate rolling forecast and providing clear reporting on renewals, account health, risks and growth opportunities.**Core Skills*** A proven track record of managing complex enterprise accounts and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, gained within SaaS, information services, consulting or a similarly client-focused environment.* Demonstrated success in delivering against retention and growth targets across a portfolio of high-value clients.* Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to develop account, renewal and expansion strategies informed by customer insight and data.* Significant experience working cross-functionally and aligning multiple internal teams around shared client and commercial outcomes.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.* A structured, process-driven mindset, with the ability to turn successful approaches into repeatable playbooks and scalable ways of working.**Nice to have*** Experience selling to financial services clients.* Experience using a sales CRM (e.g. Hubspot).* Experience working within a start-up / scale-up.If you do not fulfil all requirements in the job description, we encourage you to submit your application nonetheless.**Benefits*** Share options: we offer all employees share options over a 4 year vesting period* Holidays: 28 days of holiday + public bank holidays* Flexible working: 3-4 days per week in our Central London office, 1-2 days remote* Learning & development budget: Β£1000/year* Pension* Private health insurance**Our commitments to diversity and inclusion*** Evident is committed to encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion among our workforce, and eliminating all forms of discrimination.
