What You Will Do
You will be responsible for ensuring partners have a seamless and high-quality experience when implementing Klarna’s products and solutions, working hands-on with integrations from design through to go-live and beyond. In this position, you will work directly with partners across multiple concurrent implementations, supporting them in real time, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through technical and operational complexities. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define integration scope, drive delivery priorities, and ensure solutions meet Klarna’s quality standards. By building a strong understanding of partner systems, e-commerce platforms, and the payments ecosystem, you will provide actionable feedback to improve Klarna’s products, integration frameworks, and ways of working.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in software solutions, system integration, or technical delivery
- Proven ability to drive structured and analytical problem solving across multiple concurrent projects
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and system architectures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, shop systems, or payment solutions
- High level of ownership, with the ability to proactively drive solutions and priorities
