Can you point to the copy you’ve written — and the numbers it moved? Do you treat a landing page as something to be tested and improved, not just published? Do you reach for AI to raise the whole team’s creative output, without losing the voice? Then we’ve got just the place for you. As Content Manager on our marketing team, you’ll own the copy behind our ads, emails, and landing pages. You’ll contribute to the optimisation strategy that keeps making it better and brings our brand to an audience of millions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own copy for key workstreams: Own and elevate conversion copy across landing pages, ads, lifecycle emails, in-app/push, scripts, social, and taglines. This is conversion copywriting and CRO, not blogging, SEO, or long-form. You’ll love ruminating over a tagline and be one of the last pairs of eyes before lifecycle emails go out.
  • Optimise relentlessly: Develop optimisation strategies, suggest A/B/multivariate tests, and apply CRO principles to lift conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Shape creative strategy: Set creative direction — angles, messaging, formats — and prioritise the ideas most likely to drive impact.
  • Run delivery: Write briefs, manage timelines and approvals, and coordinate writers, freelancers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Lead with AI: Bring strong practical AI knowledge and embed AI creative tools into the team’s workflow while protecting quality and voice.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years in marketing copywriting, with a portfolio and results you can walk through.
  • A natural marketing copywriter across short-form, conversion formats.
  • Hands-on optimisation experience: A/B testing and CRO.
  • Strong, practical AI knowledge for creative work.
  • Creative-strategy judgement and prioritisation.
  • Some project management — briefs, timelines, approvals, coordinating contributors.
  • Perfect written English and adaptable voice.
  • Knowledge of Figma, WordPress, JIRA, or Monday.com (we use all of these, the more the better).
  • Localization experience or a desire to learn how markets shape strategies - fast.
  • A love of fast-paced environments and the kind of personality that rolls with the punches when priorities change.
