The Role
As a Methodologist, you will be responsible for delivering the operational and analytical work that underpins Evident’s Outcomes products. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will analyse data, implement changes to our evolving methodology and contribute to producing high-quality benchmarking outputs for our client partners. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into actionable outputs and eager to develop deeper methodological expertise within a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse datasets from internal and external sources.
- Apply methodology frameworks, scoring models and maturity metrics to produce reliable benchmark outputs.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of results.
- Support the production of dashboards, reports, and internal/external deliverables.
- Test and validate scoring approaches and benchmark outputs.
- Identify potential improvements or inconsistencies and communicate them to the Senior Analyst and Head of Outcomes Analysis.
- Work closely with Product and Client Delivery teams to ensure outputs are usable and client-ready.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for internal and client-facing presentations.
- Keep up to date with sector-specific trends and AI developments to support methodological accuracy.
- Build technical skills in data analytics, visualisation, and benchmark delivery.
Core Skills & Experience
- 3 - 6 years in analytics, research, or operational roles, preferably in financial services or consulting.
- Experience working with datasets, performing quality checks, and producing accurate outputs.
- Familiarity with frameworks, scoring approaches, or structured metrics, preferably within an AI or benchmarking context.
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clearly communicate findings.
- Comfortable delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
