Key Responsibilities
- An exceptional opportunity for a distinguished architect with Italian expertise to work in our London office.
- Lead and oversee architectural projects inspired by the principles of Italian design, from conception through to completion.
- Advanced proficiency in architectural design software to be able to produce comprehensive drawings, plans, and technical specifications utilising industry-standard software (such as Revit and Rhino, etc.).
- Collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver exemplary architectural outcomes.
- Previous experience in technical coordination with external consultants is essential.
- Ensure that all designs are compliant with local planning regulations and building codes.
- Provide creative input and technical expertise across a variety of commercial and public sector projects.
- Attend site visits and participate in project meetings as required.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
- Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
- Proven expertise in Autodesk Revit, with the ability to lead complex BIM model development and maintain accuracy across project phases.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating experience with Italian architectural styles and projects.
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a creative approach to resolving challenges.
