Sales & Marketing

This is a highly demanding, very challenging founding role for someone who thrives under pressure, embraces change, and is relentless about performance. You will own the entire top-of-funnel, targeting enterprise accounts and consistently delivering qualified pipeline.

  • Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound using a mix of:
  • Phone
  • Video, voice notes, and personalised content

Use data, experimentation, and iteration to continuously improve conversion rates. Collaborate with the CEO on account strategy, messaging, and outbound optimisation.

Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding SDR KPIs, ideally in enterprise B2B sales.

  • Obsessed with performance, outcomes, and continuous improvement
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is a strong plus
