PLOY is a B2B SaaS platform that helps brands turn their employees into content creators — at scale, across TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Employee-generated content (EGC) is one of the fastest-growing marketing channels right now, and we're building the infrastructure that makes it work. Our clients include some of the UK's most recognisable brands: Boots, Next, NHS, Wargaming, JetBrains, and Braze.

We're a small, ambitious founding team — everyone wears multiple hats, moves quickly, and takes real ownership.

This is an early-career role with serious breadth. You won't be pigeonholed — you'll get hands-on exposure across sales, content, and go-to-market strategy, working directly alongside the founders. We'll support your training, but we also expect you to go figure things out for yourself. The best candidates are self-directed, already experimenting with AI tools, and showing up with ideas — not waiting to be told what to do.

What You'll Do

  • Own the top of the sales funnel — prospect, research, and engage new leads daily.
  • Book qualified meetings through cold email, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and any other creative methods.
  • Reactivate cold leads and build pipeline from scratch.
  • Play an integral role in a startup's growth and drive the future of the company.
  • Actively grow into senior roles at a drastic pace as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role — ideally in SaaS.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline generation targets.
  • Confident on cold calls and comfortable in high-volume outreach environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you know how to earn a reply and guide a conversation.
  • Fluency with modern prospecting tools and multi-channel outreach strategies.
  • Experience building and scaling outbound processes in fast-paced environments.
  • Intellectually curious — you ask good questions and develop insights-driven approaches to outreach.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team.
  • Worked in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Able to create video content and are actively on LinkedIn or other social platforms is a plus.

The Details

  • Salary: £40,000–£65,000 base.
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent.
  • Location: London — 1–2 days per week in the office.
  • Sponsorship - We are currently unable to sponsor a visa.
