About the Role
This is a highly demanding, very challenging founding role for someone who thrives under pressure, embraces change, and is relentless about performance. This role requires constant experimentation, fast iteration, and full accountability for results.
You will be expected to hit your KPIs consistently, demonstrate repeatable success, and adapt quickly when something stops working.

- Be on top of and aware of the latest methods, tactics and tools being used to drive leads

- Social (including LinkedIn)
- Phone
- Video, voice notes, and personalised content

What We’re Looking For
- Highly competitive individual with a strong desire to win and achieve exceptional results
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding SDR KPIs, ideally in enterprise B2B sales.
- Resilient and mentally tough — able to weather rejection, pressure, and constant change
- Obsessed with performance, outcomes, and continuous improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and capable of managing a large volume of parallel conversations
- Comfortable with accountability and ownership — no excuses, only outcomes
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is a strong plus
- Genuine interest in technology, AI, business growth, and enterprise markets
- Preferable 2+ years of experience
