Plowman Craven is looking for a Project Manager you'll be working within Digital Construction to help deliver complex geospatial survey projects across major built asset and infrastructure programmes. This role is ideal for an experienced project professional who combines technical survey knowledge, commercial awareness and strong client leadership.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing geospatial survey projects from planning through to delivery
- Acting as the primary client contact for progress updates and project coordination
- Leading project planning including scope, methodology, resources and programme
- Managing budgets, forecasts and commercial performance
- Coordinating internal survey and digital teams
- Reviewing deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and quality standards
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, CDM regulations and industry standards
We’d like to hear from you if you have
- Experience managing geospatial, surveying or digital construction projects
- Strong understanding of survey technologies and methodologies
- Experience with NEC3 / NEC4 contracts and commercial processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in engineering, surveying, geomatics or construction
- Work on major infrastructure and built environment projects
- Collaborative technical environment
